What this site collects

This website is a static site. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party trackers on these pages. If you send us an email — including by using the contact form, which opens a draft in your mail client — we receive the information you choose to include (such as name, company, email address, and message).

Purpose and legal basis

We process contact enquiries to respond to you and, where relevant, to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or based on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting

The site may be served via Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process connection data (such as IP address, browser type, and request time) as a processor / hosting provider in order to deliver the website, provide security, and maintain operations. That processing is required to make the site available (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up business relationship, and as required by statutory retention rules.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU Member State of your residence, workplace, or the place of the alleged infringement.
